1. Presentation of the site

'Like a Mum' reserves the right to market services and related options aimed at providing the user with additional services. The prices indicated on the Site include taxes. They are expressed in Euros. These prices are subject to change at any time by the Company and are valid only on the day of subscription and have no effect on the future.
2. Your Intellectual Property
'Like a Mum' does not acquire any ownership rights over the content published by the user. By disclosing your content, the user grants toptata a Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 license on such content for the entire duration of its presence on the Site. From then on, the Site will be able to offer other users the option (i) to view the contained on the Site or from the Site on other electronic communication media (specifically, on mobile phones) and (ii) to download the content onto other media. 8. Use of the service

The Member authorizes 'Like a Mum' to disseminate on the website and on advertising or communication media their full name, the content of their advertisement, as well as the photos associated with their account and the photos or videos in which they are found during one or more events organized, sponsored or sponsored by 'Like a Mum'.

The truthfulness, validity and accuracy of the advertisements published by users do not in any case imply the responsibility of 'Like a Mum' and remain under the entire responsibility of their author. Furthermore, 'Like a Mum' does not guarantee either the quality of the services offered by the Users or the related methods.
Consequently, 'Like a Mum' declines any responsibility relating to the contents of the advertisements published and/or the services, meetings or services that may derive therefrom. For any failure of a User to fulfill his obligations under the terms hereof, of the Law, the liability of 'Like a Mum' is expressly excluded.
'Like a Mum' reminds you of the importance of taking precautions in the case of physical meetings between Users. 'Like a Mum advises its Users to always meet in public places as a precaution and to inform an acquaintance of the location and date of the meeting.
'Like a Mum' also reminds you that Users will have to carry out on their own the checks they deem necessary regarding the person they wish to hire. The contracting, the legal declaration and the execution of the services are entirely the responsibility of the Users. If any of these prove to be uncertain, 'Like a Mum's liability is expressly excluded.
Use and registration on 'Like a Mum imply full acceptance of the principles set out.
8.3 Nature of Use and Data
'Like a Mum' is a private community site. Members are therefore not allowed to

In the event of failure to comply with one or more of these obligations and, without this list being restrictive, you acknowledge and agree that 'Like a Mum' has the right to refuse you, unilaterally and without notice, access to one or all parts of the website.
8.6 Operation of cookies

8.8 Internal Messaging
'Like a Mum' offers an internal messaging service on the site.
Messages exchanged through this service can only be consulted by the sender, the recipient or members of the top team.
Members are informed through these TOU of the non-confidential and non-personal nature of this service.
Even if the messages cannot be read by other members, under no circumstances can 'Like a Mum' be held responsible if anyone accesses these conversations.

12. Compliance with local laws and regulations

13. Other provisions
In the event that any part of these Terms of Use should be illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the term or terms in question will be declared non-existent and the remaining terms will retain their full force and scope and will continue to apply. The terms declared non-existent are replaced by one or more terms with a content that is maximally equivalent to that of the annulled clause.
